REXDALE, Ont. -- In their first game in a little more than a week, the Sheridan Bruins women's basketball team (0-9, 0-5 OCAA) dropped an 80-38 decision to Humber.
Humber jumped out to a 24-8 lead after one and never looked back.
Their defensive intensity held the Double-Blue to just 21.6 per cent shooting on the night.
The Bruins take a brief break from conference play, hosting Villa Maria on November 15 before hitting the road for a pair against Cambrian on November 19 and 20.
