Alex Liguori takes over Head Coach position for Varsity Men's Soccer team

After a month-long journey, Sheridan Bruins Athletics have hired a Head Coach to lead the Varsity Men's Soccer program. There were many excellent candidates who applied, however this particular candidate edged the others by already understanding the vision of the program. Alex Liguori joined the Bruins last season as an Assistant Coach; with one year under his belt, Alex decided to seize the opportunity and look toward being at the helm of the program. Not only has Alex already coached in the OCAA, he competed in the mid to late 90's.

With over 15 years of experience, he has an extensive background with coaching and success. He currently works with a Youth Soccer Club as well as an Academy. Upon Alex accepting the position he is quoted in saying "I'm honored to have been selected to lead the Men's Soccer program and eager to get started. I look forward to meeting with returning and new players and together build a successful program for years to come".

Please join us in welcoming Alex Liguori to his new role as the Head Coach of the Bruins Varsity Men's Soccer team.
