Recreation Sports Leagues & Drop in 

There are many options for playing recreational sports in a fun, co-ed, non-competitive league, with as little as a one hour commitment per week. Awards are presented to Rec Sports champions and all sports are eligible for the Co-Curricular Record. Everyone is welcome regardless of skill level.

 Group Fitness Classes 

We offer a wide range of fitness classes to provide an optimal workout in just one hour. Our instructors will motivate and inspire you and have designed programs to build strength, stamina, and flexibility. Not only will you be reaching your fitness goals, but you will form new relationships and strengthen bonds with other participants in a fun group setting.

Each campus offers a different variety of classes depending on demand per semester (Fall & Winter only).
