WELLAND, Ont. -- The Sheridan Bruins women's soccer team (2-0-2 OCAA) kept their unbeaten record in tact, playing Niagara to a scoreless draw.
Niagara had a 16-12 advantage in shot attempts, getting seven on target while the Lady Bruins managed to get six on the Niagara net.
Savanna Wood turned aside all seven Niagara attempts -- five in the second half -- to keep the sheet clean for Sheridan.
The Double-Blue have a busy week ahead, travelling to play Seneca -- whom they also tied in their season opener -- on Thursday, September 29, before turning around to host George Brown during Sheridan Homecoming on October 1.
