TORONTO, Ont. -- The Sheridan Bruins women's soccer team (1-0-1 OCAA) got off to a slow start in their first road game of the season, but eventually found their footing -- and the back of the net four times -- in a 4-0 win over George Brown.
Kendra Challis opened the scoring for the Lady Bruins in the 15th minute, followed by a hat trick from the team's all-time scoring leader -- Kendra Cooper -- with goals in the 72nd, 81st and 88th minutes.
The Double-Blue held a 15-1 advantage in shots, six of which found their way onto the target.
They will return home for a date with UTM on Tuesday, September 20 (4:30pm).
