SUDBURY, Ont. - The Sheridan Bruins men's volleyball team (4-2, 2-1 OCAA) swept a weekend in Sudbury, picking up a pair of 3-0 wins over Cambrian and Boreal.

In the first contest against Cambrian, the Bruins' attack produced 36 kills on a tidy .356 hitting percentage, while racking up 10 aces, and three blocks. Andrew Cianci led the way with 12 points (nine kills, two blocks, one ace), while Andre Zopf had 11 points (nine kills, two aces).

They cleaned up in relatively quickly fashion against Boreal as well, closing out 25-18 in the third.

After a three-match road swing to begin conference play, the Double Blue will be on their own court for the month of November, beginning with their home opener on Nov. 3 (1pm) against Redeemer. After that they will host Conestoga (Nov. 17), Humber (Nov. 21), and Niagara (Nov. 25).
