HMC Group Fitness Classes

We offer a wide range of fitness classes to provide an optimal workout in just one hour. Our instructors will motivate and inspire you and have designed programs to build strength, stamina, and flexibility. Not only will you be reaching your fitness goals, but you will form new relationships and strengthen bonds with other participants in a fun group setting.

Functional HIIT
This class is good for students who wants to improve their total body moving ability while decrease body fat. This class will be focused on movement and flow exercises to improve body mobility ,stability, balancing and cardiovascular capacity. And of course get fit and toned in a healthy way.

Yoga: Ying Yang
This practice will create a perfect energy balance between Yin and Yang (quiet and vigorous) in your body, mind and soul. You can expect a perfect blend of two styles of yoga in one class. Inspiring energizing flow followed by carefully chosen Yin postures that will gently open and release any energy blockages, improve circulation in the joints, increase flexibility and restore good energy flow in every cell.

$65 per 10 sessions of one class

$15 for each additional session of classes

$25 additional fee for non-members
