In celebration of Thrive Week, Oct 4-8th, you are formally invited to the Sheridan Moves for Mental Health 4km Walk! This is your opporunity to connect with fellow Bruins and walk, stroll or roll outside to improve your mood with your community for our Sheridan Moves for Mental Health 4km Event!
 
What to expect for Sheridan Moves:
1. A 15-minute virtual social check-in.
2. 30-minutes of moving your body outside.
3. A 10-minute virtual social check-out (optional).
 
Sheridan Moves (previously Mood Routes) is open to all Sheridan community members. Each week we will be focusing on different topics related to Environmental, Social, Emotional or Physical wellness.
 
Join us on Friday for the event kickoff on Webex, followed by your 4km walk on Strava & the best part, we have awesome prizes to hand out!
