Well you have a good upper & lower body workout, now we need to bring in the High Intensity Interval Training workout for day 3!

  • Hip Rocks
  • T-Spine

Block 1

  • Squats
  • Plank Walk Outs
  • 3 Steps Lateral

Block 2

  • Lateral Shifts
  • Running Man
  • Pop Squats

Block 3

  • Curtsy Lunge
  • Hamstring Walkouts
  • Burpees

Cool Down

  • Shoulder Stretch
  • Quad Stretch
  • Sit & Reach
  • Back Rock
