Are you feeling sore & muscles are tight? After the last 4 days of good workouts, we are assuming you might be a little sore & are in need of a good stretch!

Follow along our Full Body Stretch to loosen your muscles & feeling great!

 

 

Hold all stretches for 40+ seconds or 10 deep breaths.

  • Child's Pose
  • Chest Opener
  • Shoulder stretch & side twist
  • Hip Flexor Stetch to Hamstring Stetch
  • Downward dog
  • Hip Twist/Hip Aligner
  • Forearm Stretch (pulse to hold)
  • Cobra Stretch
