Well Bruins we are almost at the end of our first week of the Bruins Reboot! How are you feeling?

Today, we wanted to give the rest of your muscles a bit a break, and focus on Abs & Core. Now your abs will be burning after this mini workout, that's forsure!

Follow along below, the video demonstrates how each exercise should be executed. If you need to modify any exercise, you do what is best for your physical health.
