Bruins Reboot: Mini Workouts

We are here to help with your New Year's resolutions!

Starting on Monday, January 11th, we will be releasing a new workout each day for a period of 10 days. Each day a new video featuring an instructor-led workout will be posted on the Bruins' Instagram and Facebook pages, so you can get fit and stay active on your own schedule. 

Available Workouts

The videos will feature a diverse range of fitness classes including:

  • Full Body Stretching
  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
  • Lower Body Strength
  • Upper Body Strength
  • Abs and Core
  • Cardio and Core
  • Yoga

Coming Soon: Group Classes

The Bruins' Virtual Group Fitness Classes will start on January 25th. Think of this 10-day mini reboot as a trial to see what types of workouts are right for you!
