Recipes
Green Smoothie | Peanut Butter & Jelly Oatmeal |
1 cup water
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup frozen mango
1 frozen banana
2 handfuls (cups) spinach
& blend!!

Oatmeal
1/2 cup instant oats
1 cup water
pinch Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Strawberry Compote
1 cup frozen berries
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup
Toppings
1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
