Bruins Release Winter Group Fitness Class Schedule

Welcome Back Bruins!

We hope you all had a relaxing and restful holiday break & you are back at it with a positive attitude!

Especially now with the snow on the ground and the wind sometimes being bitterly cold, it can be dreadful to be motivated to get yourself outside for a workout or maybe you struggle with finding the motivation to get to your workout room in your house. Don't worry, we have got you covered!

We have 5 different types of virtual group fitness classes to fit your every day needs... yes that us two more classes then last semester! 

As of Monday, January 25th, virtual group fitness classes will begin, classes are streamed through Zoom as well as on our Facebook page.

The classes will be hosted through Zoom. Please register by campus (if you are virtual only, try to register by the campus you would normally be at. If you are at HMC, you may select either.) Davis or Trafalgar. Once your form is completed, you will receive an email 15 minutes prior to your workout with the Zoom meeting ID & password.

Be sure you have Zoom already downloaded on your phone, tablet or computer!
