The Sheridan Bruins are proud to announce that Mette Siemens, Kinnon Ringler, and Karl Olivo will represent the Bruins at the 2025 CCAA Cross Country National Championships in Charlottetown, P.E.I. this weekend.

All three Bruins earned OCAA First-Team All-Star honours following standout performances at the 2025 OCAA Championships, where Siemens placed 4th overall in the women's race, while Olivo and Ringler finished 6th and 7th respectively in the men's race — securing their spots among Ontario's best collegiate runners.

These achievements mark another strong season for Sheridan Cross Country as the team continues to build on its competitive success and national presence.
