BRAMPTON, Ont. - The Sheridan Bruins women's basketball team (5-21, 4-12 OCAA) picked up a pair of wins in less than 24 hours, downing Sault 65-37 and 69-37.

In the first game, the Double-Blue led 15-7 after one and won every quarter after to continue extending the margin.

Three Bruins were in double figures, led by Samantha Lovat (16) and followed by Theresa Brown (11) and Liana Rose Villegas (10).

The second game provided a similar narrative, but also featured a 25-point third quarter from Sheridan that blew the game wide open.

Lovat once again paced the Lady Bruins offensively with 24 points, while Brown (12) and Villegas (10) posted double digit point totals again.

The club has one final road trip remaining, with a trip to Lambton (February 18, 6pm) and St. Clair (February 19, 1pm) this weekend.
